By subscribing to and using The Recruiting Advisor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

The Recruiting Advisor AI is an educational tool that provides general guidance on college field hockey recruiting based on Alan Good's methodology. It is powered by artificial intelligence and available 24/7 to subscribers.

‍

This service is NOT:

  • Individual recruiting consultation from Alan Good
  • Personalized coaching or program evaluation
  • A guarantee of recruiting success or college admission

Subscription Terms

‍

Pricing

  • Monthly Plan: $29/month, billed monthly
  • Annual Plan: $290/year, billed annually

All prices are in USD. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Billing

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You authorize Alan Good LLC to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
  • Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period

Refund Policy

I offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers:

  • If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription, you will receive a full refund
  • After 7 days, no refunds are provided for any reason
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not share your account access with others
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the AI system

You agree NOT to:

No Guarantees

Alan Good LLC makes no guarantees that:

  • The AI's advice will lead to recruiting success
  • Information provided is complete, current, or error-free
  • The service will be available without interruption

NCAA Compliance

Alan Good is bound by NCAA recruiting regulations and cannot engage in individual recruiting conversations with identified prospects before June 15th of their sophomore year.

The AI service is designed to comply with these rules by:

  • Providing general education, not individualized recruiting advice
  • Not requesting or storing information that identifies specific prospects
  • Maintaining separation between payment/identity data and chat content

You acknowledge that:

  • This is an educational tool, not recruiting consultation
  • Alan Good does not personally review or respond to AI conversations
  • The service does not facilitate contact between prospects and college coaches

Intellectual Property

All content, including the AI's training methodology, responses, and the service itself, is owned by Alan Good LLC.

‍

You may:

  • Use AI responses for your personal recruiting process
  • Save and reference advice for your own use

You may NOT:

  • Republish, sell, or distribute AI responses
  • Create derivative products based on the service
  • Use the service to train competing AI systems

Privacy and Data

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • Chat conversations are processed by Voiceflow
  • Payment information is handled by Stripe and Memberspace
  • I do not sell or share your personal information
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time

Service Availability

I strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • 24/7 uptime without interruption
  • Immediate response times from the AI
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

I reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features with notice
  • Perform maintenance that temporarily limits access
  • Update the AI's training or capabilities

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Alan Good LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Decisions you make based on AI-generated advice
  • Recruiting outcomes or college admission results
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

You use this service at your own risk.

Prohibited Conduct

I may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse or harass our support team
  • Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
  • Use the service in a way that harms others or violates laws

Account Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues through the end of your paid period.

By Us

I reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. No refunds are provided for terminated accounts.

Modifications to Terms

I may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact me at hi@alangood.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

You waive the right to:

  • Have disputes heard by a jury

Minors

This service is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you should use this service with parental guidance and consent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Alan Good LLC regarding use of this service.

Severability
